Nausea, fatigue and feverish in evening

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have been facing this issue for past 2 weeks, I start feeling feverish at around 4.30 pm till 6 pm with hot eyes and nose, with legs hurting a bit and with nausea most of the day. Fever is almost at 99-100. Head rotates after eating full stomach. Sometimes headache spikes in too much but not always. Please help.
