Nausea, Dizziness, Black Stool

Asked for Male, 39 Years

I am on hypertensive medicines since March 2018 and on ATT since September 2020. I took Covishield vaccine on last Thursday and from Sunday I am feeling dizziness, nausea and gas. Occasionally I have black stool but I dont have pain in the stomach.

They could be due to side effects of anti TB medicine. Check liver function tests. Black stool indicate blood, hence check cbc for hb. Low hb causes dizziness.
