Is it safe to take daily 1 tablet of doxinate in 1st trimester. My wife having 2 months 15 days pregnancy.

Yes its safe.. You cn even give her upto 4tabs in a day if that suits her. Or add syrup digene 1tsf twice daily. Avoid spicy and oily food.
