Nausea,2 glands in the neck and stomach

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I've been having diarrhea for more than 2 weeks and I got 2 glands in my neck (back)..I'm having stomach pain...do you know the reason behind...I've been to the hospital..even to a private dictor..no one is giving me a clear information...one is talking me it's food poisoning and another is talking me an infection...please help
