Hi, I am doing nasyam with anutel included in my fertility treatment. What is the right time for nasyam at home? Can I do nasyam after lunch? Kindly suggest

You can do it in morning before taking any thing.suggested dose 2 to 3 drops in each nostril, but nasya should be take under supervision of physician

Nasyam can be done in two ways. One way is doing panchakarma nasya treatment for 7days starting from 2 or 4 drops and increasing the drops each day. Other way is - daily routine of 2 drops in each nostril. Dinacharya Nasya can be done at home as per your doctor's instruction
