56(M,ex-smoker)-Nasal & throat congestion with throat clearing for 1 month.Slight weight loss
Mild blood in sputum after nose & throat clearing 1 time
Had pneumonia & pleural effusion 5 months back,recovered from pneumonia fully.Mild hemoptysis for 3 days at that time. CXR (PA & Lat) 4 times,consolidation decreased gradually. USG-mild multiloculated effusion. HRCT-1.4*1.8 cm mediastinal node & biapical pleural thickening.Consulted 2 doc,both said pneumonia,not TB/Ca.Last CXR clear 2 months ago
