Nasal congestion/ loss of smell. This?

Hello doctor, from 17th sep i was suffering from mild cold nasal congestion without mucus then loss of smell and taste happened. Took antibotics suggested by doctor. After 6th days regained my smell like 40% but not fully.. After 10 days i did RTCPR test to rule out covid 19, my result came Negative. Today is my 20th days but still didn't regained my smell fully. Got only 70% smell and taste is there like sweet/salty/bitter but not getting the flavour or the aroma of the food while eating. Sometimes i am getting mild flavour of the food and sometimes i am not getting any flavours or aroma of the food. Why is this happening? When would i fully recover from this? Please respond doctor as i am very tensed.
