Nasal congestion
I am feeling like my throat and nose are congested! How to relieve nasal &throat congestion? Can nasal congestion lead to throat tightness ...Want some treatment! Dr Lakin Vira i did CBC,CRP ,ESR , TSH...All came normal but my problem is not yet solved! ! No fever, no dry cough! Please tell me what is it and is this issue incurable! Actually i also have Esophagitis Grade A with Lax Les due to which i can't take anything with spices and when i take ayurvedic meds for anything like immunity i develop loose motion! Help me🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Take tablet Pantop D on empty stomach in the morning. Take non spicy  food at regular intervals. Do steem inhalation thrice daily with Amruthanjan or Vicks vaporub. Drink plenty of water.
