Nasal congestion due sinusitis
Taken antibiotic course two times in last two months as advised by ent doctor ,but after 10 days again yellow mucus from both nostrils .what can I do to stop repeated issue.

You could be having sinusitis
You can get a nasal endoscopy and CT scan done to rule out sinusitis
You might have to use a medicated nasal spray which the doc will prescribe
For now you can visit the doctor and request for a scan and endoscopy
