Nape of neck mass
Enclosed please find the attached usg report of back of neck . This swelling is persist from November-19 which is mostly soft & rubbery,  no apparent weight loss & no fever . What is this swelling lymph node can be lipoma ? . As per usg what suspects  any bad news & share the opinion as per the attached current affected area.  I am scared about this .

Since  the swelling is  persistent  since  nov get a repeat  ultrasound  neck and FNAC of swelling to establish the  diagnosis.

you should get baseline blood investigations  as CBC  with ESR  RBS  s creatinine  urine routine  and  a chest xray

Most likely some infection Take Tab Augmentin 625mg thrice daily for 5 day Tab ZerodolSP twice daily for 5 day Tab pantaprazole 40 mg once daily for 5 day Locally apply metrogyl-M ointment twice
