Nails of both hands getting yellow

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Since almost 5 to 6 month i noticed it started to a left thumb , but now almost every finger of both hands a bit of pain with grey to yellow, and scared it's increasing week by week. Plz how to cope with it. Till now didn't had skin opinion Is it malnutrition or any kind of infection but no fever noted
