My nails having greenish colour and some brittleness are there. Please let me know how to keep away from this problem? What diet should I use for good result.As the infection worsens, the nail bed may retract, and nails may thicken and crumble.

Diet will not cure this. Greenish nails may be due to fungal infection which we call onychomycosis. This required treatment otherwise it can spread on your body and also to others as nails can be big reservoir of fungus.
