Nail swelling and bleeding

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I m suffering from nail thumb swelling from one side of feets. Its 7th month still bleeding. Some dr suggest nail surgery. I also used antibiotics and creams but not fruitful. Kindly see pic and prescribe some medicine.
