I got my thum nail plucked out beause it got break n pus coming out of it now i have pain n fluid coming out of it

Better you should go and visit any dermatologist. Take good brand oral antibiotics and  topical antibiotics. Please take tetanus toxoid too. Tetanus has no relation to injury with iron. So take treatm2as early as possible.
