Nail infection
Hello,
My nail is distorted and I have been getting this type of nail growth. Image is attached. Can you tell me any particular lotion or medicine for this. I am currently using topifort nx.

Seems to be either a fungal infection or a Warty growth on the nail from the picture sent. will need a proper course of antifungal treatment and/or nail avulsion depending of the extent of spread
