Nail plate biopsy:- A nail clipping / nail plate biopsy needs to be taken by a dermatologist & send for Lab. Examination to confirm diagnosis. Sweats on Palms and feet:- Blood Test: T3,T4,TSH Aldry lotion daily over palms and soles.
