Nail disorder finger swel

Asked for Female, 45 Years

My mom right hand thumb nail is slightly disordered and because of that her thump finger is little swelled. I take her treatment one of local Doctor, So he gave prescription. That is Fluka-150 tablet. She been using it but no reaction on that. Please suggest me what kind of treatment my mom would get.
