Nail cut with bleeding

Asked for Male, 15 Years

My left leg thumb is very painful.tyere was a lot of dust accumulated and so I took a nailcutter to cut off the nail ,but there was a little extra nail which came out .now the skin is swollen and if someone stamps the bleeding starts and even there is pus accumulated.it has been 3-4 months and my family doctor consulted me for applying betadine cream and having zofu tablet
