Nail color changed and spoon shape dark

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I am Covid recovered patient I recovered one month back and recently I observed my nails has black or blue patch like half moon at the bottom of the nail. It's increasing slightly. What is the cause and what shoudl I do now? I am attaching photos of two nails and plz let me know
