Mysterious lump with red patch

Question

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Found a 2" by 1" lump in the back of my husbands head around the lower half of the occipital region. There is a red patch slightly off center on the lump to the right side. No sign of a tick, no fever, cool to the touch, no itching, slight tenderness to the touch, just a large lump and spot that showed up out of nowhere. 5' 9" male,190 lbs, no meds
