Mysterious growth on lower right leg

Question

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Not painful/tender. Does not itch. Nowhere else on body. The mark first appeared a couple of months ago, then proliferated to the point where it is now, but has not changed in the last several weeks. Been on anti fungal medication for two months with no improvement. Have taken Prednisone and Epsom. Other symptoms include constipation, UTI (possibly from water pills), swelling and back pain.
