My wrist is paining
My left wrist is paining especially right side on top. I see a small bump (not cyst), it pains when I apply body pressure. Who should I consult now sports Physiotherapist or orthopedic or stay at home and do ice packs and wrist exercise? I have already visited Physiotherapist last month and took about 18 days ultra sound therapy and 7 days tens, only 50 percent pain reduced. My Physiotherapist have already said nothing more can be more. Do I need surgery? please help, any advise would be helpful?

Kindly consult a surgeon at your locality for physical examination. It may be a ganglion. If possible kindly upload the photos of your lesion for better understanding and treatment advice
