My TSH levels are marginally high
Hi ! In my latest blood report my TSH levels are marginally high at 5.75 against normal levels of 4 to 5.5 as indicated in the reports. Before this in all my blood test the TSH levels are normal. Can you advice on this ... how should i take this as... do i need medication or can be corrected by diet control and exercise .... my weight is 105 kgs with hight if 5-11" ... my sugar levels are normal and all other tests are also normal. I have no complain as such other than ... i need to loose weight ... pls advice
