My son 46 days old
My son is 46 days old.. due to less milk supply .. I feed him my breast milk 15 min and then bottle of formula milk 60 ml.. after every 2 hours.. but from today.. sudden change in pattern .. 10 o clock I feed him with breast feed after that he had less formula.. after that not taking formula milk... and taking breast feed only... what's the reason ??!

If he seems satisfied,sleeps well,passes urine at the same frequency u need not worry.
Milk supply usually peaks at around 6 week time so maybe ur supply is better and ur baby is getting his fill.
This could be a good time to try and exclusively breastfeed him.its a demand and supply thing .the more the baby demands ,the more your supply will be.if u replace a feed with bottle ur supply will eventually decrease .

There will be phases when he drinks less. No need to worry. It is important to check weight. If weight is same, baby is active and passing urine and motion, nothing to be done. But also watch for fever or other symptoms
