My son 3.4yrs old have 100.9and cough
My son  3.4 years. Weight 14 kgs.Temperature 100.9. First he got fever for 2days we went to doctor he suggest to give P250 ,Fection Ds dry syrup. Now He is having cough I used chericof Syrup and then I'm using Cofstop cdx, today he get fever I'm using P250 it's not giving  any change in temperature. So I'm using Meftal P.  I have a doubt as of cough is he getting fever ? Can you please suggest me

He seems to suffer from respiratory tract infection which is causing cough with fever. Advise: 1) syrup CALPOL (250mg/5ml). 5 ml twice daily for 2 days . Then 5 ml if temp >100F 2) AUGMENTIN DUO ORAL SUSPENSION (200/28.5). 5 ml twice daily for 5 day 3) BENADRYL DR KIDS SYRUP. 5 ml three times daily. 4) cold sponging if fever. Kindly consult if symptoms persists even after 3 days of treatment. Thanks.
