My Sexual obsession ocd
I am getting sexual thoughts about god (images of I am doing the act) after that i feeling impulses(concentrating on my body parts & getting questions like May I loose control and acting out) and feeling sexual arousal. Whenever I am getting sexual arousal (like movement,feeling around & inside of genitals), iam getting questions from inside of mind that these body movements due to some sexual act done to me without consciousness.
I know nothing happened.these are unwelcome & involuntarily
