My right side of back neck and back pain
My bone is growing near the cervical bone ,from 3 months, doctor told to go with pysiotherapy exercise, and iam 22 years old.

Since I have not seen your x ray ...I m not getting that you have an extra rib or degenerative changes in your  cervical  spine .In either  case you  don't have to worry.In physio they give some set of exs to correct  wrong forces of muscles and to make them strong . So that they can support your spine better. Since you are just 22.You will recover faster,But you will have to take care your posture.
