My period is late
My usual menstrual cycle length has been 28 to 30 days with 2-3 episodes a year of irregularity lasting upto even 40 to 45 days. We have been married for 5 years and have been planning for a baby for the last 2 years. Therefore everytime my period is late, it becomes taxing and confusing. This month again, my period is late and it's been 34 days since LMP as of today. I havent done a HPT yet but I want to know if it's a usual irregular period, I want to know how and what should I do to test myself and bring my cycles back to normal. I really want a permanent solution to this as this confusion between periods and pregnancy has been very taxing. Kindly help.
