My period are now heavy and painful
My periods have slowly moved to painful and heavy, the pain is shooting down my legs both of them, I all have pain though out my whole body, both of my ovary's hurt, the flow is fast and heavy the first three days then is light the rest of my period I have them 21-23 days in between, I've taken over the counter pain meds but they don't work

You need to get an ultrasound for lower abdomen to see for any PCOs ,PAID etc and seek advice to resolve this issue based on your reports.
