I have newly married after 4times of intercourse, my penis skin became itchy,allergy on my skin and cracks on tip of my foreskin. due to this it is paining heavily while doing intercourse.

The pain itching and redness might be because of some infection. Maybe bacterial or fugal. Avoid intercourse for some days. It's better that you consult a dermatologist and get yourself fully examined. Get some tests done if prescribed by the doctor. Till then maintain good hygiene. Use warm water and soft cloth to clean your private parts. Do regular excercises and have a better lifestyle.
