My mole like black dark spot

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hie i have his mole like spot since childhood ,i once scratched it off and it became bigger ,i dug my own grave , i consulted several doctors but couldn't come to any solution.please tell me how to get rid of it for once and all and if procedure needs to be carried ,how much will it cost ? I am ready for the best. Also any clinic in Bangalore to be suggested.
