My menstrual cycle is not started
I am 11th month old mother. Menstrual cycle is not started after my delivery. I am so worried. I checked pregnancy as well. It is negetive. Please advice me what should I do. I am gaining weight too. Thank in advance.

Was it a normal delivery or a Caesarean ? Please get your beta HCG level done and if you are not pregnant then you should start using a Copper T.
