My lips are black
My lips are becoming dark. Sometimes it will be in dark rose and sometimes it will be in dark based on weather. Please suggest me something to turn my lips turn pink

Treatment for Lips lightening:-Sebamed SPF30 Lip Balm before Sun exposure.Apply Biluma Cream once daily at night for 1 month over Lips. Smoking to be stopped completely. Lactic Peels once in a month, 5-6 sessions to might be required to lighten lip color.
