From 3 days my head is rotating and in forehead there is pain . I was doing some work after it I feel that my forehead is spinning and i was felt for two minutes that I am feeling that my head is rotating . Then after I am feeling head pain and rotating while walking . My head is only rotating slowly but when I see any objects it is not Rotating it is normal . I have checked my B.P it is normal , no fever or any other abnormality what to do .
