Dear 'Heavy Head',
From what you have shared I feel you are constipated and worried about whether it is some illness. If you get yourself checked by a doctor and find out if there is anything wrong with your health at all you can further get the help you need. It could be because of the fear of covid too so getting checked is a good idea.
Prior to that I suggest you check the amount of water your drinking. If it is less than what you normally need to drink, please rectify it.
Your heavy head could be due to your sleeplessness and whatever you are worrying about. The only way to come out of this fear is by checking whether it is real or not and getting help if needed.

Dr.Nisha James
Hi, consult a doctor to treat the symptoms you are feeling. It also looks like you could be feeling anxious about something. It is known that people with anxiety are prone to suffer from pressure in the head. People who feel extremely anxious are also prone to suffer from tension headaches. Consult a psychologist to check if you could have anxiety.
Hi please check for vertigo and sinus . The trigger could be life style or stress or some event.
You can reach out to psychologist post getting a physical check.

All the best .. wish you speedy recovery
