My hand is like that
I am very much handwash from 3-4 years and now my is like this in the photo. I am doing around 100 times of handwash per day. My hans has become black and blood is coming is this has become a diseases

Excess handwashing is a sign/symptom of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). You will need the help of psychiatrist to get rid of hand washing. Then the dryness of the hand can be controlled by moisturizer amd pigmentation can also be treated
