My hand and legs skin is getting dark.

Asked for Female, 28 Years

From last 1.5 to 2 years. My hand and half legs lower portion is getting dark. Feeling continuously itching in that parts. Some doctors said it's due to cosmetic allergy. Don't do waxing. I stopped that but still it's of no use
