Dear sir/madem, I have white hair from past 4 years it is slowly increasing to the face also, so please give me solution, my parents are not having this issue, may be my diet control or vitamin deficiency may lead to this issue, pls solve it

Itz very difficult to control white hair keep a good diet fruits, vegetables avoid stress. Usually the response to white hair varies hence you can start using colour instead.
