My hair has been falling off lately, although Ive had my blood taken, and tests shows that everything is fine. Im eating rlly heathy, and try it intake foods with
vitamin d, biotin,
vitamin b12, and protien which helps maintain healthy hair. But I blow dried my hair before yesterday and It had decreased a lot since then, which is quite ironic since blow drying isnt the best choice for your hair. Im confused can you help me
