My face,Neck and Hands are dark

Hi, My Face,Neck and hands are too much darker than other body parts, Neck and Hands are even more darker than face.I'm facing this problem since last 5-6 years every time its getting more darker.I've tried many home remedies and melanin reducing cream but no effect.Lower part from my neck is too much lighter than neck and face so I'm very Disappointed. Please Help me
