My face oily black with pimples but my body was good with nice fair in colour i want change my face colour using melacare cream more then one year, starting using it good result i haven seen but now its no any results for me can i stop it or not

Please stop using melacare cream as it contains strong steroids which can cause serious side effects in the long run. Steroid induced acne, photosensitivity, rosacea, atrophy, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness etc to name a few side effects and also reports of skin cancer.. Please don't use any such Steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly put you off this cream by using some substitute as the skin becomes addicted to the steroid.
