This is tulasiram ,I tried lot of creams like clindamysin pasphat ,milacare,erytop along with these medicines vitamin A tablets with doctors prescription but won't shows any results plus I got pimple pores and holes in my face give me a best medicine as soon as possible

You should not have used melacare. It contains steorid and will increase the pimples.  You can go for laser resurfacing.
