My eye is really dry
My eye has been dry for the past month or so, it was red for a couple of weeks and now is dry and flaky. I've tried many types of creme and moisturizer but doesn't seem to help

Hello Good morning Treatment of dry eyes needs multilevel approach A. Treatment lid infection like meibomitis by warm compresses followed by lid massage B. Lubricating eyedrop and ointments C. Increasing blink rate D. Cold compresses E. Use Antiglare glasses F. Take break after every 1 hour of study or screen use G. If all these fails then add cyclosporine eyedrop twice daily This is provisional diagnosis... kindly consult local ophthalmologist
