Really it is a very disruptive time when u loose and Miss ur pet.
What I am concerned is about your general emotional imbalance.
I would suggest you do consult a Psychologist in the city u live in and handle those issues better.

Hello Dear,
Your dog was someone to whom you were intensely attached. Experiencing unconditional love & affection in any way is a life altering experience. She filled lot of empty space in your life with her loving presence for so long. The loss naturally has brought unbearable pain. It's hard to let go of someone so beautiful.
The reality however isn't always pleasant. Now that she is gone physically, you need to take steps to let go of her physical form however sustain everything that she was to you intact. You may make her part of you by inculcating her characters within you. You may keep her in your heart for ever as fond memories, love, affection, respect etc. Every time you are loving towards yourself or other; you would feel closer to her & thank her for her teachings. When it comes to letting go of her physical form, you may like to talk about her, prepare eatables which is loved by her and share it with others. Engage in activities she loved, with others. Through every activity, you would convey your gratification to her for being such an important part of your life. These things would help you to accept the loss & sustain the love.
When it comes to the negative thoughts about life which you have been facing since a while; it would be better to consult a psychiatrist/psychologist who shall be in a position to understand you & help you let go of the pain within.
Take Care.
