My daughter of 1 month old baby fell
She fell off yesterday.. But no injury, no swelling, no discharge from ears, nose and mouth. No vomiting. She is acting normal. She is taking milk also.. Anything to worry?

As per your observation,no reason to worry,but keep an eye till next 72 hours for symptoms of brain trauma like,dullness,altered sensorium or behavior,persistent vomiting or seizures.
