Fell on back head baby
I fell from stairs i was holding my 11 months baby. She banged her back of head i feel from last 3 steps. She was shockef first then she cried. No vomiting no unconscious behaving normal. Did she get brain injury? However she remembered the episode in sleep n cried saying boo boo. Did she get brain injury

If child is asymptomatic at present than it is unlikely that he got any brain injury if any change in behaviour,repeated vomitting or history of unconsciousness than go for MRI brain to rule out any brain injury.
