Height depends on parental height genetics as well. Need to evaluate that Also at this age the growth plates fuse mostly and there is limited to no role of any hormonal therapy or drug to increment height

Hello, I understand you’re worried about her height—many parents feel the same. Most girls finish growing 2–2.5 years after menarche. By 17 years, growth plates are usually closed, so height gain is minimal or unlikely No proven benefit from stretching, hanging, supplements, tonics. Growth hormone does not help after growth plate closure. Balanced diet, exercise, posture help fitness, not height Even if height cannot change now, she can lead a completely healthy, successful, confident life. We’ll support her holistically.
Next Steps
Reinforce strengths, confidence, talents Avoid comparisons or negative comments Height does not limit health, education, career, relationships
Health Tips
When to investigate earlier: Short height noted since early childhood Late puberty Chronic illness, poor weight gain

It is difficult to predict how much more height she would be able to gain if her bones have matured already, but she can attempt playing badminton/basketball and doing yoga. I would suggest you to reassure her that height is not a goal to be achieved. Too many factors that influence a child’s final height and most of them are beyond control.

A person can’t decide their height…But however in this case we have to evaluate growth potential of child by calculating mid-parental height, her height velocity, bone age,Harmonal assessments are necessary. This requires detail in person evaluation.
