What your daughter has- could be a diaper rash and it could also be a fungal infection by Candida albicans . Without examination of the area it is not possible to comment on the reason behind the skin lesion. I would suggest that you get an online consult with a very good pictures or meet a qualified dermatologist directly for proper evaluation, examination and assessment of the situation.
