My daughter has got a red itchy rash

This morning I noticed a red rash on my daughters tummy, she says it’s itching her, it looks like bites but in evening I noticed more red bumps coming up near her ear and on her leg, she says her throat is hurting when she swallows and complaining of a tummy ache, please help xx
