The skin texture cannot be properly examined and appreciated in the photograph that you have sent. Also on the right side of her abdomen I think your phone or your device is casting a shadow. Please get your daughter properly examined by a dermatologist and do not try to seek online solutions. The skin needs to be properly examined in several areas . Hope this is helpful,
